The customer service is excellent! Quite a few times I’ve had issues with the pump, and they responded straight away and sent a new one the next day. I would highly recommend YOUHA products and the company for the great customer experience!

We bought a Youha breast pump online at bol.com from an external firm in August 2022. Last month, my wife noticed that one of the pumps was not performing as it should. We contacted bol.com since the firm was no longer active on the site. They forwarded us to youha.nl. I reached out via WhatsApp and received a very polite and prompt response. They checked the serial numbers and will send us a new pump in the coming days. Great service!
