This pump was recommended to me by my midwife (lactation expert). Overall, I am very satisfied, especially with the excellent helpdesk. As a new mom, pumping was new to me. Thanks to the many tips from the helpdesk, it quickly became easier. There was also an issue with a motor and a membrane, which were replaced the next day after I reported it: top-notch service! However, I do find it unfortunate that the shield is only 24 mm and that there are no smaller attachments or measurement charts included, which would really be a benefit for sensitive nipples. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

Top service! The package was returned due to an error with PostNL, but it was quickly resent by Youha. Due to the delay, extra freezer bags for the milk were even added, which was a nice surprise and made the wait much less unpleasant. 10/10 from us!

Ordering on the website was very easy. Clear size chart. Fast delivery. The bra fits very well and is easy to unclip and clip back on.

The bottle warmer didn't work. I received a new one at no cost. Good service.

The motor doesn't work well, and I can't turn it up higher. It also arrived loose in a box without protection. I reported this to customer service, and they immediately sent a new one. Great service!
