Very nice contact and I was helped well when my pump motor was broken.

I give 5 stars because I was helped directly and very well with my bottle warmer. Extra nice, because we were going on vacation and a bottle warmer for the little one is indispensable. The service was excellent: I immediately received a new one sent to me.

The service is good. The product was shipped quickly. The number of stars is based on the price/quality ratio of the breast shield reducers. For less money, there are complete sets available with multiple sizes from other providers (I unfortunately only realized this later - because I wanted to order from the original webshop).

Fast delivery and good after-sales service. When there was an issue with my motor, they sent me a new one free of charge. Very satisfied.

There were problems with the motor. I contacted them via email and WhatsApp. Once the problem was identified, a new motor was sent very quickly. Very friendly communication. It's convenient that the different parts can be ordered separately.
