The pumps arrived quickly after ordering. Unfortunately, after one day, there was a defective motor, but a new one was sent out promptly. Very nice customer service.

Cheap material.

Had a few small issues with one of the pump motors. I was received very kindly and helped well. They even tested both motors for suction power, so everything is working great again. Excellent service!

Super fast delivery, the day after placing the order we were already using the pumps. I also use the app, and after a few months, one pump had issues with the Bluetooth connection. After contacting them, I received a new pump. Super service 👌

More efficient communication channels. I ordered the shield reducers, but they were not delivered. Customer service was kind enough to help me figure out what the issue was with my order, and once we were in contact via WhatsApp, I received new shield reducers within 24 hours.
