There were problems with the motor. I contacted them via email and WhatsApp. Once the problem was identified, a new motor was sent very quickly. Very friendly communication. It's convenient that the different parts can be ordered separately.

Top service! The newly ordered valves broke very quickly. After contacting customer service, I received free replacements, and they are working great now! 👍🏼 Nice and quick communication via WhatsApp.
The pumps arrived quickly after ordering. Unfortunately, after one day, there was a defective motor, but a new one was sent out promptly. Very nice customer service.
Cheap material.
Had a few small issues with one of the pump motors. I was received very kindly and helped well. They even tested both motors for suction power, so everything is working great again. Excellent service!
