Nice order, was informed about the delay but despite that super happy with it.

I would not order anything from them anymore. They are unreachable. I have called several times and you always get a recording that no one is available. You don't get a response via email and there is no reply on the chat except for a standard welcome message. The order was supposed to be shipped the next day but has not been shipped after several days. So no tracking code either. It can happen but it's very annoying when they are not reachable.

I found the entire order and delivery impeccable. I was kept informed the whole time even though there was a delay, they offered me a cancellation with a refund and then a delivery with just a little delay but a lot of information all the time. Incredible service and a very competitive price. Thank you.
