I am not satisfied. The packaging did not meet my expectations. The product, Maskintense Kérastase, arrived with a damaged box due to insufficient protection. It should have used bubble wrap or another special material to cover the product for shipping to its destination.
The product was only shipped more than two weeks later. No response from customer service, no indication email. That doesn't resemble many other similar webshops, so it can definitely be improved. There is a line running incorrectly over the sticker on the product, which makes me doubt its authenticity.
Reasonably fast delivery.
