I never received the ordered goods, which can be seen in the tracking history. I did not receive a response to my email. There was no cancellation of the process.

Excellent service, everything went smoothly and super fast.

I placed an order in November. Immediately after payment, I received a nice invoice, but since then: no updates. Products not delivered, no response to emails, nor to the voicemails. This is not acceptable in 2025, in my opinion. I will give them another 5 days to come through with our order; if not, we will have to initiate legal proceedings, which no one wants. I can understand that it is busy, but a message or update is the least you can do, right?

Ordered on 11-11, and today, 26-11, it still hasn't arrived!!!!! It was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days, but unfortunately not. Yay, finally received it on the 27th!!!!!! (16 days) 🫣🫣

I bought products 10 days ago, and I still have not received them. They haven't even been dispatched yet.
