Nice site. Good service; one of my packages did not arrive. A new order was sent out immediately. The prices are also good, much cheaper than at the hairdresser. Plus, you earn points that you can use for even more discounts.

The customer service immediately provided complete information about the shipment and communicated well about when it would be sent. It was shipped that same day and arrived very quickly. I was a bit worried due to the bad reviews; however, my package arrived just fine. The delivery time was a bit on the long side, and no one was available at customer service, but otherwise, everything was great.
