The discounts on the Kerastase products are really great. I am very satisfied with the products and I notice that I have less hair loss and it feels fuller. The hair oil "Glaze Drops" is very nice and your hair doesn't feel greasy afterwards. I'm very happy with it. I am also very satisfied with Kappersakademie. There was a problem with the delivery that they couldn't do anything about. I received a very quick response from them, and later the package was delivered after all.

Very satisfied with my order! The Redken shampoo and conditioner were delivered quickly and were also at a good price. Everything was neatly packaged and the products fully met my expectations. Definitely a recommendation!

My order was really sent out way too late. It said that orders placed before 23:59 would be shipped the next day, but after a week, I had to email them to follow up. Then it was sent out immediately. It's a shame.

Clear website, fast delivery.

The price of the products is competitive, but the shipping is expensive, and you cannot choose who and where to be delivered! The products are listed as in stock but are not! I placed my order on 02/04/26, my package was shipped on 02/13 and arrived on 02/17. The cardboard packaging was dented, but the contents were in good condition. Nevertheless, I am satisfied, and I was regularly informed about the delay in the shipping and delivery of my order.
