Good communication regarding the delay of the order, instilled confidence, good service.

After a search, I ended up at the Kappersakademie. They had a very good price for a Kerastase product, but the delivery did not arrive. After a few polite updates, the last email contained an automatic cancellation. Very strange, but perhaps understandable since the price had increased by then. In the end, I succeeded elsewhere and canceled the order myself.

I have not yet received the products, so I cannot evaluate them yet, but the number of emails could be significantly reduced. I have already received 10 emails since my order (1 week ago).

The product was out of stock, and the delivery took longer than expected. You did inform me about this after a few days, and I had the option to cancel. The product was delivered on the 6th working day. It's good that you communicated this via email.
