I have placed an order twice and both times it went wrong. After one week after my order, I receive a message (after an email from my side) that one of the products is not available. I can understand if it happens once, but twice? And then to not let me know for so long; you have to chase them yourself.
This is the first time I ordered from this site, nothing to say if the delivery time is respected, I had to return my order because I made a mistake, there is a return slip and it's free, I was refunded and I placed another order and the delivery time is always respected and we are informed of the progress of the shipment.
I still haven't received my order, the delivery service contacted me to inform me that my package was damaged and leaking, so I refused the package. I am still waiting to be refunded or for a new shipment of the same item.
