Good communication about delivery, the cheapest online.

I placed an order on March 7 and had to wait 1.5 weeks for it. When it was finally supposed to be delivered, something went wrong and the shipment was returned. On March 21, the return was approved, and now two weeks later, I still haven't received my money back or the product. It's difficult to get in touch with customer service, and the only response I get is to wait. You are better off ordering elsewhere where you can be sure it will be delivered.

Nothing to say about the product, but major transport issues. The carrier needs to be reviewed or changed. The first package was not delivered due to damage. So, I had to wait 2 to 3 days for a new shipment. Then, the new package was sent back and got stuck with the sender for some unknown reason, resulting in another 3 days lost before finally receiving the delivery. The package was not very sturdy. I understand the fate of the first one. And all of this without any compensation. So, this will be my first and last order with this supplier.

Good products, delivery is fine.
