Ordered 10 days ago, it was supposed to be shipped the same day according to the website. Well, I still haven't received my order. I called, no one answers. I emailed, haven't heard back yet. I feel cheated. I have paid.
Ordered and paid for various products on August 3rd. And since then, the only thing I hear is "it takes a little longer, we will deliver soon" but when that is, no idea. Contacted customer service but also received no response from them. And then after almost 2 weeks, they ask if I am satisfied? Well no, absolutely not!!
Product meets my expectations. I will order again on this site. The delivery was fast but I take away one star because the package was torn on one side (as if someone wanted to see what was in the package) I think the packages should be better prepared so that the product does not move around in the box and reinforce the box with tape. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
