    I have two 1-liter thermoses from this brand and use them daily. With one bottle, the colored coating came off within three months, which I found disappointing and suspect was a manufacturing defect. After initially receiving an offer of 15% compensation, I requested a new bottle or my money back. This was quickly and neatly resolved: the next day I already had a replacement at home. My other bottle and the new one are both in perfect condition. Despite this issue, I am very satisfied with both the product and the service.
