We got to know the bottle during our vacation in Suriname; a fellow traveler had one and was extremely satisfied. After returning to the Netherlands, we each purchased a bottle but haven't used them yet. We hope to be just as satisfied as our example. Some time has passed, and I have tested the bottles with cold water and a handful of ice cubes. Two days later, you could still hear the ice cubes rattling in the bottle. Incredible result; the bottles really insulate amazingly!

I have sent multiple emails with a question about my purchased product. I have received absolutely no response. However, I do receive emails with advertisements and requests to review my purchase. I find the customer service extremely lacking.

Fast delivery, upon receipt it turned out that one bottle was not working properly. I contacted them and received a new bottle within a week. TOP!
