VANN Bottles

Top service, I ordered a water bottle with a sleeve, but I had ordered the wrong size. It was quickly resolved. Very friendly and personal via email.

Super nice bottle. It stays nice and cool, but most importantly, you don't suck in any false air. Many of these cups let in false air.

The bottle was significantly damaged after just a few days when it fell empty onto a carpet. For a brand that prides itself on sustainability and quality, this is disappointing to me. As compensation, I received a 20% discount code, but since that meant I lost the free shipping, there wasn't much left of it. For a product in this price range, and from a company that claims to value customer satisfaction so highly, I had hoped for better service. The response to my friendly email was impersonal, while it is clear that time was taken for the response on this platform.

Super quality, convenient drinking spout, does not leak, and your drink stays cold for a long time. The coffee cups also do not leak, and your coffee stays warm for hours! I have multiple products from this brand!
