I’ve looked into your case right away. Your order was shipped the same day you placed it and was delivered to your nearby DHL parcel locker, where it remained for one week. Since it wasn’t picked up, DHL returned the package to our warehouse. The tracking emails were sent to the email address provided with your order. Could it be that there was a small typo in the email address? Or perhaps the tracking emails ended up in your spam folder? We noticed you contacted our customer support last Friday. Immediately after that, we created a new shipment for you, which is scheduled to go out this evening. It should be delivered to you on Monday. I’ll personally keep an eye on the tracking and send it to you directly, since the automatic emails might not have reached you properly. This new shipment is, of course, completely on us. Regarding the lack of reply from our support team on Friday — I agree, that shouldn’t have happened, especially since everything was already being taken care of behind the scenes. I’ll follow up internally to make sure this doesn’t happen again. To summarize: – Your original parcel was delivered to a DHL parcel locker but was not picked up in time, so it was returned. – A new package will be shipped this evening and should arrive tomorrow. – I’ll send you the tracking information personally once it’s on the way. I am extremely satisfied with the use of the water bottle so far. I have only tried it with cold liquids, and they stay nice and cool throughout the day. I will soon test it with hot liquids.
