FlorEspana had a very extensive plant selection. I was able to easliy find what I wanted as a gift for a friend. They were easy to communicate with to arrange delivery. The plant they sent was beyond expectations. I highly recomend FlorEspana for plants of all sorts.

One of the worst customer service team I have encountered. After having tried to deliver a package 8 days after I had placed the order, they tried another 5 times without following the guidance I have provided. After kindly complaining with them about this and asking for a refund with I believe I was eligible for, they've refused. We had a email conversation of 10 mails and at no point was there even one gesture. I highly recommend going to another provider. They also removed my first 1 star review - talk about transparency from the company

We sincerely thank you for the beautiful wreath and poinsettia that were delivered to my daughter yesterday! She was so happy and shared pictures with us; they were simply gorgeous. She also mentioned that the delivery person was very kind and helped her determine the best delivery time. We greatly appreciate your efforts in helping us share a little bit of Christmas with her from so far away as we live in the United States and she in Spain.
