In my recent purchase (not through the webshop), there are some granules that require a bit more rubbing, which is a bit tricky. I took a chance and sent an email to HAPPY EARTH, and I received a completely new shipment WITH an extra gift, a shower bar. I will try that soon. It smells wonderful. Thank you!
