Happy Earth

I recently bought two pieces of Happy Earth Care solid deodorants from Etos with a 1+1 discount. A few days later, around 3 or 4 days, my skin started to irritate with itchiness and a little bit of burning. Besides the skin irritation, I noticed that the product leaves stains on my clothes very quickly, which is strange since it left a stain within just one day. I stopped using it. I contacted the company, explained the situation, and kindly requested a refund of 7 euros in total. The company does not offer a refund but insists on sending another product. I would prefer not to receive another product but rather a refund.

Happy Earth is a very good brand. I happened to discover that the Happy Earth hand soap "CEDAR LIME" works very well for my rosacea skin condition. While various medications haven't worked well, your hand soap turned out to be amazing. I highly recommend this product. I also notice that the products are good for the skin. It feels nice, and the skin looks visibly better.
