Sustainability is not just about the packaging and the contents, but also about the means you use. You aim for production that is based locally in every respect. Shouldn't the Dutch language be part of that? Packaging that is almost exclusively in English. It's already difficult enough to understand the ingredients in Dutch. And then partnering with a US payment processor; that is definitely not sustainable.

I've been using products from Happy Earth for a while because they smell great, work well, and are free from harmful substances, making them gentle for both ourselves and our environment. Oh, and also a bit because of the lovely packaging :-)! My latest purchase, two deodorant sprays, unfortunately didn't work well. After I sent an email about this, I immediately received a nice solution. So the service is also top-notch!
