The zippered leg blanket with heating pad is definitely wonderfully warm at the top; unfortunately, the flaps are too short for me to wrap it around my legs, so we will be adding a clip for that. The back/bottom remains open, so cold and dampness can still reach you. In terms of waterproofing, it performs well in a steady drizzle, but in heavy rain, you won't stay dry for more than 3 hours.

I found the choice of colors somewhat limited. If I wanted a second one for a housemate, I would want it in a different color, but I don't find the other three available colors appealing or matching with our interior. However, the color does not detract from the functionality of the blanket, which meets expectations.
