Tried again and was disappointed once more. Ordered on December 29. Everything was supposed to be in stock and delivered the next day. Called on January 3. I spoke to a friendly lady who didn’t understand why it hadn’t been delivered. She said she would email a colleague and I would hear back the next day. But unfortunately, it remained silent. A week later, I called again. They still hadn’t received an answer from the supplier about when it would be delivered. After insisting, the part that was in stock was delivered. The remaining items only arrived on January 17. Without any apology or excuse. I will not be ordering anything here again.

I ordered 2 products: a dust bag from Makita and a guide rail from Makita. The dust bag arrived, but the guide rail never came. I contacted them three times, but still nothing. This is truly a worthless webshop. This is the first and definitely the last time I order anything here.
