Therefore, our first question is whether the motor has been correctly installed and whether it operates properly on its own. To connect the motor to TaHoma, the motor needs to be paired with TaHoma using a compatible Somfy remote control. The product must first be added and recognised by TaHoma. Afterwards, the motor should be operated fully up and down several times so that it is correctly registered in the app. Could you please confirm whether these steps have been completed? If you have followed these steps and the connection still does not work correctly, you can also contact Somfy Customer Service directly.
