De oorspronkelijke zending heeft eerst vertraging opgelopen doordat een aantal pakketten bij PostNL niet tijdig en correct in de tracking werd verwerkt. Nadat de bestelling uiteindelijk werd bezorgd, bleek bovendien dat twee toebehoren die wel op de leveringsbon stonden, niet in het pakket aanwezig waren. Uit onze interne controle blijkt dat hier naar alle waarschijnlijkheid sprake is geweest van een menselijke fout tijdens het verzamelen van de bestelling.
