Dear Alexander, We understand your disappointment and find it particularly unfortunate that your first order with us was not delivered within the expected timeframe. The order was processed by us on Monday, July 6, and handed over to PostNL in a timely manner. Newer shipments were processed in the meantime, which made it clear that something had specifically gone wrong with this batch at PostNL.
