Had de verkeerde Somfy afstandbediening besteld, maar na een telefoontje kreeg ik goed advies over de juiste afstandbediening. De verkeerde mocht ik retour sturen.

Dear Emmanuel, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that connecting the Somfy Sonesse 40 io motor to your TaHoma system is not yet working as expected. At the same time, we would like to point out that we have not received any prior phone call or email from you regarding this issue. A review is generally not the usual channel for handling technical support questions, but we are of course more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue. Only the Somfy Sonesse 40 io motor was purchased from us, not the Somfy TaHoma Switch. Therefore, our first question is whether the motor has been correctly installed and whether it operates properly on its own. To connect the motor to TaHoma, the motor needs to be paired with TaHoma using a compatible Somfy remote control. The product must first be added and recognised by TaHoma. Afterwards, the motor should be operated fully up and down several times so that it is correctly registered in the app. Could you please confirm whether these steps have been completed? If you have followed these steps and the connection still does not work correctly, you can also contact Somfy Customer Service directly. With your permission, Somfy can remotely access your TaHoma Switch and check exactly where the configuration issue occurs. Unfortunately, as the supplier of the motor, we do not have access to your TaHoma system ourselves. For further assistance, we would be pleased to continue this directly with you by email.
