I experienced an issue with the delivery of my order, which caused significant frustration and a long wait. Although the problem was caused by DPD, the customer service team did their best to resolve it. I would like to personally thank Violeta for her effort and support. Aside from this issue, everything else was very good: the packaging, the products, and the customer service. My only suggestion is to stop working with DPD, as they negatively impact the otherwise great impression this store gives.
