Pros: I have truly never encountered a company with such excellent service. For our roof of 37 m2, we placed a substantial order for EPDM and accessories, along with 12 cm thick PIR boards. I indicated that we needed it quickly due to a few dry days so that we could process it immediately. Everything was organized to make this happen, and the next day at 11:30 AM, the truck arrived with 4 large pallets. Everything was neatly packaged, and the quantities were correct. We hadn't completely finished the roof due to time constraints, so we still needed to install the roof trims and glue the EPDM to the edges of the roof. I realized that I didn't have enough glue for this. I was short by two 1-kilogram cans. I called InterExpress, explained my situation, and mentioned that I found it unfortunate that I now had to pay 14.95 in shipping costs. The friendly gentleman immediately indicated that they would not charge me for this due to the large order I had placed earlier. How nice! But as a big surprise, I was later called back to inform me that the cans would be sent to me for free, delivered the very next day on Saturday. Now that’s what I call service!!! I can therefore recommend InterExpress to everyone. Simply a TOP company!! Areas for improvement: Absolutely none, just keep it up!
