Pros: Fast and accurate delivery. Improvements: I would appreciate advice if a private customer forgets to order a product related to their order (for example, I forgot to order contact glue. The subsequent order incurred additional shipping costs).

Areas for improvement: Our explicit request for timely delivery was not acknowledged. It may have been due to the delivery service, but it was very inconvenient for us. We had to source the items from another supplier because the ordered goods did not arrive on time, which is very disappointing and a reason not to purchase from Inter Express again.
