Areas for improvement: Our explicit request for timely delivery was not acknowledged. It may have been due to the delivery service, but it was very inconvenient for us. We had to source the items from another supplier because the ordered goods did not arrive on time, which is very disappointing and a reason not to purchase from Inter Express again.
