Pros: Good instructions included. Good and fast service. Improvements: Unfortunately, it was delivered one day later than desired. As a result, I was not home when it was delivered, and I ultimately had to pick up my package at DHL, which is over half an hour's drive from my home.

Pros: After I wrote a negative review, the company immediately contacted me. Areas for improvement: Adhering to agreements and reading emails. After an order was placed both verbally and via email, I had to call to ensure that the order was executed. The next day, the material was supposed to arrive, but this was not the case. As a result, the material was late. Aside from the mentioned points, it turns out that the delivered quantity of contact glue, 5 kg for edges and uprights for a length of 30 m and a width of 20 cm, as recommended, is too much. I still have 3/4 of the glue left. Therefore, I unfortunately stand by my assessment.

Pros: Fast delivery, keeps agreements well.

Pros: Always polite and the package looks neat. If something is heavy, it is placed inside by the staff.
