Pros: Good communication and quick responses. Areas for improvement: Indicate that when PIR and EPDM are installed on a flat roof, it generates significantly more noise indoors. The PIR will act as a soundbox. Perhaps rubber tiles will help dampen this a bit. I will have to wait and see for now.

Pros: Good quality / fast delivery / well-prepared user manual. Improvements: The description of the feeding bib could be clearer. I received something simpler than expected and would not have ordered this.

Pros: Easy to reach by phone. They take the time to address your questions. Issues are resolved quickly. Areas for improvement: Provide more information about the conditions for using the product. For example, processing in direct sunlight, as well as in humid conditions. Mention that bubbles and folds may occur after processing. This will help prevent uncertainty about the correct application for the customer.

Pros: Well packaged and neatly delivered Improvements: Packages were delivered to our home instead of to the customer. Fortunately, everything turned out fine in the end!
