Tytane

Pros: Fast delivery, good price/quality ratio. Very satisfied. Improvement points: None.

Pros: the company is easily accessible and employees recognize the customer/prospect. They considered a quick delivery, and the phone call from the employee informing that the products were confirmed.

Pros: Delivered within the agreed delivery time. The delivery was even announced by phone. Received the manual via email before delivery. Rating good to very good. Areas for improvement: The manual should also inform about how to remove any spilled glue. This is not mentioned on the glue container itself either.

Pros: Well organized, delivered punctually at the agreed time and in the right place. Everything is complete without any hassle. I still need to get started, but that will go well.
