Pros: good website. fast ordering, slow delivery partly due to DHL. Areas for improvement: My address was not correctly transferred on the package. As a result, the DHL driver could not find my address. I still have not received the roofing. Also, poor service from DHL. Now there is unnecessary leakage in my shed due to this delay of over a week. Tip: Clearly and fully note the address, no abbreviations.

Pros: Super fast delivery, compliments! I haven't measured to see if the size is correct yet, but I assume it is, as the box was incredibly heavy, so it should be right. You do a good job of following up via Kiyoh regarding customer satisfaction, which I think is very good. Areas for improvement: DHL is a fine carrier, but it is not possible to indicate that you want to receive the order later in the afternoon, which caused two delivery attempts to fail at my home, and I had to go to the pickup point in Arnhem to collect the package myself.
