Tytane

EPDM of good quality with clear installation instructions. Excellent fast delivery.

It's good stuff. It's just a shame that as a freelancer, I could get a business account with extra discounts. But when you respond to that, you have to wait almost 2 weeks and make 3 phone calls to find out that you can only make use of the current discount (which everyone gets). By that time, the discount had already decreased and the quality had worsened. Not really encouraging to become a regular customer. It's also unfortunate that it arrived rolled up with some significant creases that hardly come out even after 3 hours of explaining and extra rolling.

Nothing to complain about.

Quick response when in doubt and correct delivery.

Clear website, attractively priced compared to competitors. They are easily reachable by phone and they really take the time for you.

Very satisfied
