Ordering and delivery were fine. They called nicely to inform me that the delivery would arrive the next day. It's great that the email with tracking and tracing only comes when it has actually been picked up. Unfortunately, with DHL, there is never a time slot for when it will arrive. The EPDM is rolled up with stubborn creases, making it difficult to lay it flat at this lower temperature. I hope it will straighten out eventually. The website should be adjusted to reflect the actual required T3700. Downsides: DHL, creases, website; otherwise, it would be 5 stars from a critic. EPDM, glue, and Interexpress are fine.

Good, but it would be nice to have a bit more information about the order status and when it will arrive. Also, the nonsense about having to sign for it can be omitted; I have already picked up from the wholesaler several times because I can't just sit at home.
