Called one day, delivered the next day. I have already ordered here 3 times. If I need it again, I will order here again.

I ordered an EPDM package and it was delivered quickly. After the work was completed, we had some items left over. This was because the work turned out differently than expected. I contacted Interexpress, both by email and phone. We indicated that we would like to return the items so they could be resold. Suddenly, they were not available anymore; they are eager to sell, but not to take anything back. This is very disappointing for us. We had already recommended them to friends, but we decided to send them to another address instead.

In a complete package, it is not clear how much glue and sealant is included. When picking up, a staff member walked with me to the car with the EPDM foil. The 3 x 4 meter EPDM foil has a seam along the 4-meter length, which I certainly did not expect at this size. Since it is a slightly sloping roof, the seam is clearly visible when standing on the ground. I find this quite disappointing. The edge sealant was actually a bit too little; I was approximately 1/4 tube short.
