Tytane

I received the order quickly, but I had a problem with the rainwater drainage: the standard size of the hwa from Interexpress turned out not to fit our old drainage size. When I called for advice, I was simply told that they only supply standard sizes, just like other players in the market. There was no further consideration given. After I did some Googling myself, I did find a replacement size at a competitor. It's a pity that Interexpress only thinks from their own product perspective in this case instead of considering the customer's problem.

I was a bit disappointed that the free pressure roller was not included, as this was one of the reasons I ordered from you. Now I had to get one elsewhere for €43.

Pros: helpful and efficient

Pros: fast delivery, good product.

Pros: My experience is positive; the material was delivered neatly and completely, and the quality is good. I will definitely order here again. Improvements: I would find it helpful if companies could receive an invoice to make ordering easier.

Pros: Very friendly communication over the phone, couldn't find my way online, service.
