Pros: Good response to delivery issues. They remained actively involved in getting the delivery sorted out, something that normally wouldn't be necessary if the delivery services did what they promised, but you can really notice the difference in service. Excellent response in both communication and actions.

Pros: Delivery is made within the specified time, which is very pleasant. Areas for improvement: Keep it up!

Pros: Everything was in order from the order to the delivery. Cons: I did not receive a response to the email I sent inquiring about other dimensions for the roof edge profiles. A manual was not included with the order.

Pros: Great site, easy to order. Immediate confirmation and a phone call that the items have been delivered to the distributor. Cons: Instead of DHL, use a different delivery service. They do not keep their commitments, which is very frustrating. Since the delivery appointment was already confirmed, I had arranged for professionals to process the items. I had to cancel them because the delivery did not happen. I also waited a whole day for nothing.

Pros: Honest service, they take the time for you and you receive clear and honest answers. Calling them more often is also not a problem. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Absolutely great, so keep up this service. Improvements: A bit more description and/or a video added to the package, if necessary on DVD.
