Pros: I received very good telephone advice about the material and its application. Prices are reasonable. I still need to install the EPDM, so I can't comment on that yet. Improvements: It would be helpful to have more installation advice options (on their own site) rather than just an internet video that is many years old.

Pros: It was no problem to add a forgotten item later. Improvements: Different supplier/carrier. I ultimately had to pick it up myself in Alkmaar. Delivery between 08:00 and 18:00 is really not an option for working people, and DHL is not very helpful in finding a suitable delivery time for customers.

Pros: Large assortment at very competitive pricing Improvements: Mention the correct delivery date immediately in the order confirmation

Pros: Extremely fast and accurate delivery! Everything is neatly packaged. Improvements: Wouldn't it be better to allow customers to enter a length for EPDM orders instead of the area? Some items are always sold by the piece, so even 1 piece! (A piece is, among other things, a beautiful lady.)

Pros: good products and service

Pros: Fast delivery. Personal contact. However, not when changing the order. Improvements: Received a different adhesive than ordered. As a result, it does not lay flat on the roof, with bubbles. Due to the sealant, an adhesive line remains noticeable on the roof. Not fully glued.
