Pros: Fast delivery. The order was complete, but if you forgot to order something, it's not a problem; they have it in stock. The EPDM they sell is the thicker 1.3mm. Areas for improvement: Just keep it up.

Pros: Fast delivery and a phone call when it is delivered. Improvements: I ordered EPDM for gutters. The product needs to be sturdy and water-resistant. However, the box (packaging) states the opposite: Fragile and Keep Dry. After a phone call to you, it was explained that you do this so that the delivery person handles your packages carefully. This is completely unnecessary for this product. You can throw this product and submerge it in water without any damage occurring. If everyone who sends a package labels it this way, then Fragile and Keep Dry lose all value for a product where it is actually necessary.
