Pros: Ordered EPDM. Prepared the roof. Rolled out the EPDM, but it turned out to be too small. Called them. Instead of a roll of 370, a roll of 300 was cut. Mistakes can happen. Two hours after my call, I had the correct piece at home. Very nicely resolved. The material is also of good quality. Improvements: Keep it up. With attention to the customer.

Pros: I asked if they could deliver the next day, and they personally tracked my purchase for this. The order was processed immediately, and I received it the next day. Improvements: For some products, the shipping costs could be reduced by half. Initially, I thought that glue could simply be sent via regular mail, but upon inquiry, I found out that the EPDM glue is classified as a hazardous product and can only be shipped with special carriers.
