Improvement points: When a customer requests delivery on a specific day, they should not deliver it a day later, or at least consult with the customer about it. Fortunately, it went well this time; otherwise, the carrier could have already left for abroad without the order.

Pros: Good communication, perfect timely delivery. Areas for improvement: The website appears to be designed for consumers, but prices turn out to be excluding VAT (only revealed at checkout). This is clearly an area for improvement, as it is very misleading.
Pros: correct delivery; the company even called to check if I might have forgotten to order the roof drain.
