Fast delivery from the moment of ordering, and the ready-to-use package is very complete. Unfortunately, it wasn't very clear to us how much bottom adhesive to use, which resulted in us using too little and having a lot left over. Additionally, two strips were not completely tight/straight connected in the factory, which has caused some air and "folds" to be visible on the roof. However, the roof is well waterproof, and there was more than enough sealant, bottom adhesive, and contact adhesive included!

Wrong glue delivered, but the correct glue was delivered the next day. Great service!

For my project, I was looking for all the materials and good instructions to lay the EPDM. At the EPDM XL webshop, I was able to order everything at once based on the size of my roof. There were excellent instructions included, and it's nice to know that you really have everything you need to get started.

I ordered a complete roofing package that was delivered promptly and in full, along with the correct instructions. Later, I realized that I had ordered some items incorrectly, and the advice regarding the right products and the return process was also handled quickly. A great service.
