EPDM XL

I placed an order for a complete package for the roof of my house. Since I had a larger area for my home, I couldn't choose from the existing options. However, a custom package could be made for me. I received a neat quote based on my wishes that I had sent via email. I had a few questions that were answered nicely over the phone. The delivery was also made on time as agreed. The overall assembly of the materials went well, especially with the help of the videos. A few points of criticism: I would have liked to have longer screws included in the delivery, as the PIR panels were placed directly on the existing roofing, and sometimes the screws just didn't go through the covering enough to screw properly into the wood. I would have also liked to have one extra roof trim to account for any mistakes/corrections, and the number of fastening plates for the roof trims was insufficient; an additional five would have been better to cover any shortfall. For the total quote, a few extras don't matter. Overall, it's a great company, and I don't rule out a future order.
