I ordered roof panels and received them quickly as described. The only remark here is that the track & trace provided no information. We were away for a day when the driver called us to say he was at the door with the pallet. So, the communication from DHL could be improved.
I applied this for the first time on a utility room roof over an old bitumen layer. It was super easy to apply, and there was a good description of all the accessories.
Very correct handling of the order by your employee Hans Tijssen, helped quickly. And everything was delivered sufficiently. The email with the video on how to process it was very helpful. Thank you. Kind regards, J Muilwijk
