The service over the phone beforehand was excellent. The speed of ordering and the options for pickup are great, and everything was handled quickly on-site and loaded into the car. A nice company to work with.

We also started working with EPDM. Since we had a metal surface, we applied Tytane T-2000 to both sides. Unfortunately, this went completely wrong. There was nothing we could do to correct it; the membrane got stuck immediately with huge wrinkles. We managed to remove the first half with great difficulty and then started experimenting to see how it could work. We placed a sturdy plank halfway and kept flipping it over (so no HWA, as it is too flimsy). We made a video of this and shared it with EPDMXL. They showed so much understanding for the situation that we received a new piece of EPDM. Great!
