On Monday, August 3, 2020, I ordered EPDM roofing. According to EPDM XL, it would be delivered within 3 working days. By Friday, August 7, 2020, I had not received anything. So, I contacted EPDM XL by phone. During the conversation, I was informed that the products I ordered had not yet been shipped. I was assured that I would receive it the next day. Indeed, on Saturday, August 8, 2020, the package was delivered, but it was incomplete. So, on Monday, August 10, 2020, I contacted EPDM XL again by phone. I was told that this happens often with the delivery service DHL... and that they deliver in two parts spread over two days... and that I had to wait to see if the remaining order would be delivered, and if not, I would have to call again... Unfortunately, I was disappointed once more! By now, it was already Tuesday, August 11, 2020, and I called again as agreed. Now, I was told by EPDM XL that they would look into it and send me an email regarding the status. Now, on Tuesday evening, I still haven't received any email. So, I have to search for the missing items at a hardware store myself. Very poor service. You pay for the ordered goods and only receive part of it, making it impossible to make the roof watertight. I’ve been sent from pillar to post with no clear answers, and I still don’t know anything further. Now I can only hope that it stays dry and that the roof doesn’t get damaged. In the meantime, I will have to go to the hardware store to complete it and make the roof watertight. It’s all very frustrating.
