Delivery was within 2 days, as agreed on the site, despite the extra busyness at both EPDM XL and the delivery service. Well organized.

The delivery of the materials I ordered was excellent. However, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size roof penetrations. They quickly supplied the correct size, assuring me that I could return the others. However, when I tried to do that, I was told that I hadn't done it in time and that I should just sell them on Marktplaats! I called about this, and they said a solution would be sought, but I haven't heard anything since. That's not very professional.

Fast delivery, sufficient glue and sealant, and easy to install. However, when gluing only one side to the PIR boards, the glue does not dry quickly. After finishing the edges and the trims, the middle section is still not dry. I pushed it down with a broom anyway. The next day, there were still some bumps that appeared where the glue ultimately did not adhere.
