Good service and they have good products. If DHL did their job well, they would deliver on the agreed days. The only thing I found disappointing was that there was no manual included with the EPDM package, as was mentioned on the site.

For several renovations, I purchased materials from EPDM XL. The last time, the shipment was slightly delayed with DHL, but EPDM XL cannot be held responsible for that. We were kept well informed, and as always, there was a call prior to delivery. The EPDM is now neatly in place again.

For the installation of our own canopy, we ordered custom-sized EPDM 1.3 mm thick with a bit of overlap on 28-05-2019, and it was delivered the next day. Everything was complete, and the materials met our expectations (we even had a bit left over from one tube of adhesive). We do advise wearing gloves for the roof edges, something I didn't do, resulting in black hands afterward. However, after some scrubbing on old stones, it will wear off. In the end, after working for just one afternoon, the result is impressive. We now have a completely waterproof roof, allowing us to enjoy the summer evenings with great pleasure.
