Delivery went smoothly, package was complete. There was some puzzling with the manual, but it went well afterwards. Later, I sought phone advice for my project, which was also nice. I'm happy with my new Joop.

Quickly shipped, exactly as offered. It was quite a heavy box in the end, but everything was included.

I had too little roof trim. I called the back and EPDM XL sent 80 cm free of charge to complete the job, absolutely fantastic!!

In addition to the fact that the ordered products were carefully packaged and delivered on time, the phone call asking if everything went satisfactorily during the purchasing process was of course excellent.
